Workplaces have changed dramatically in the last two years. Crain's new leadership development program emphasizes the skills mid-level managers and other leaders need most in this new reality: fostering strong connections and leading with empathy, from a posture of equity. 

Facilitated by Wayne State University faculty, Crain's New World of Work helps participants gain personal insight and practice strategies they can apply to real-life situations, including managing remote teams and supporting diversity and inclusion efforts effectively.

Participants will also receive a leadership development certificate from Wayne State University.
